Executive Summary

The Plimhimmon Group is a principal investment firm which seeks to make and manage investments in closely held companies using a combination of its own capital and the capital of a small group of investors. In spite of the recent economic climate, the firm is confident in the presence of an abundance of investment opportunities. However, because of the economic climate, now more than ever interested parties require aligned incentives, trusted relationships, and ethical business practices. The firm holds itself to a high ethical standard, and seeks to cultivate relationships with like-minded companies and investors.

The Plimhimmon Group's goal is to deploy capital wisely, and maximize the return on invested capital for the firm and its partners. We do this by making sound investments in mature or maturing businesses, with the appropriate level of leverage, under the stewardship of strong management teams. The firm views all investments as long term in nature, with a 5 to 7 year investment horizon. The firm also believes in investing in its people and its management teams, and in giving them the support and freedom to flourish. The firm knows if its investments and partners prosper, then its own success will follow.
